This one-of-a-kind necklace was inspired by the beauty and symbolism of talismans: objects worn close to the body and carried for their personal meaning. Turquoise, magnesite and agate are surrounded by intricate beadwork and handwoven fibers, creating layers of color and texture that developed slowly as I worked.

Instead of a try metal base, the necklace is constructed on soft felt and finished with Ultrasuede. The result is a substantial statement piece that feels surprisingly soft and lightweight against the body.

Wear it over a simple black dress, a crisp white shirt, or whatever makes you feel most like yourself. There will never be another exactly like it.
